💬 AI REPLIES TO VIEWERS IN COMMENTS (posts replies to the live)
⚠ Requires an OpenAI key + RAG documents. A clear product question → that product; unclear → the product on screen. Prices come from the product list, details come from the documents. Throttled to about 10 comments/minute, once per viewer every 30s (to avoid Shopee rate-limiting).

A viewer comment containing a blocked word is SKIPPED (no reply / no video switch / no pin). One word per line, or comma separated.
